I both recognise the potential for human flourishing that artificial intelligence offers, as well as the vulnerabilities its development is exposing us to.
My optimistic side brings an excitement about exploring and sharing ways in which AI can support (rather than take over) creative work, especially as a mathematician and an academic. My protective side brings a sense of urgency around advocating for responsible, conscious and embodied use of AI.
